As many of you know, I usually run some special rates for my coaching sessions around the end of the financial year (as well as Christmas time as presents to you!), and these specials end July 31st. However, because I am coaching in both Sydney and Melbourne now, and want everyone to get a chance to take advantage of these offers, I am extending them to August 31st. There are too many to list here, but one big one that’s useful at this time of year as you get ready for the busy season (from August to March) is a Career Coaching Session. Normally 3 hours for $360, it’s been reduced by $100, incl. GST! This session will clarify your goals, and give you the information you need to boost your career, whether you’re a beginner or a pro whose career seems to be stuck in neutral.
I’m also doing my American Dialect/Voice Foundation Session (3 hours) for the same price. Incredible, I know! This will give you the technical basis for quick pick up of not only the West Coast dialect (the most common, as THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS “STANDARD” OR “GENERAL”!), but all other accents/dialects.
Any other coaching you may need, e.g. Auditions, On Camera Techniques, Quick Memory, Cold Reads, etc., contact Jenna for information on hourly rates, and coaching via Skype/phone.
Be ready for the busy season. Don’t wait until the night before an audition to work on a skill – you’ll only be hurting your chances at getting the job. There is no “quick fix” or substitute for knowledge and practice. But, hey, it doesn’t mean it can’t be fun. If your training isn’t fun, maybe the training sucks, hmmmm … ? I guarantee fun AND results!
